Solutions · Public sector

Sheba’s routes for the public sector run from a service that answers the public to a system inside the entity’s own premises.

The entity’s requirements decide the route. Between those two ends sits Sheba Enterprise Platform, entered through an evaluation: an environment the entity’s staff work in.

Sheba holds no official capacity, accreditation or mandate from any government; every statement here describes work performed for a client entity.

How the work is delivered

Each is chosen on the entity’s requirements and stands on its own; none is built on another. They are the same routes Sheba uses with enterprise clients.

  • ChatSheba

When a conversation needs a decision, it passes to a member of staff. Up to that point, ChatSheba handles the public’s questions about services, the requests they submit, and their follow-up.

  • Sheba Enterprise Platform

An AI environment the entity’s staff work in, with workspaces, roles and permissions, an audit log and an admin console. This is Sheba Enterprise Platform; an evaluation is how an entity gets in.

  • Custom AI Solutions

Built for the entity’s workflow with the same Sheba technology, standards and implementation discipline as the products, a custom solution runs on the entity’s own premises and infrastructure.

The work each route carries

Beside each kind of work is the route that delivers it.

  • Public service conversations

Anything needing a decision is left to staff; enquiries about procedures and documents are answered from information the entity approves.

  • Internal knowledge

Staff see only what their role permits, and within that, find answers in the entity’s own regulations and documents.

  • Document work

Nothing is issued until the responsible officer approves it. The agent drafts correspondence and forms and routes them along their approval path.

  • An AI environment for staff

Staff see only what their role allows, inside a space each department keeps to itself.

  • Custom applications

When a transaction has to pass through several departments before sign-off, a custom system is built to carry it along the route the entity has already laid down.

  • Models built for the use case

Sheba builds or fine-tunes a model for a use case when its requests call for one, and the model runs inside the route the entity chose.

How a deployment is governed

None of this is a certification or an accreditation. It is how each deployment is run, set with the entity.

  • Data kept to the deployment

What the system may reach, and what stays outside it, is set for each deployment during scoping.

  • Roles and access

The entity defines the roles. Access to the system follows them, not individual requests.

  • Audit

The entity can review what the system did and at whose request, because both are recorded.

  • A person decides

Decisions on a case stay with the responsible officer. The system prepares information and issues none.

  • Where it runs

For Sheba Enterprise Platform, location is agreed at scoping. ChatSheba and a custom solution can both run on the entity’s own premises.

FAQ

Before a deployment

The route is chosen last, after the process and its requirements.

The request is read first for scope and access, so include who holds the decision and which data boundaries apply.
