What Sheba is
AI is the vertical Sheba builds in today, not the boundary of the company. What we ship inside it is production systems, connected to a business's channels, its records, and the people who decide. That is what applied AI infrastructure means here.
Why we exist
Standard software assumes the business can change.
Sheba exists for the second case. Most software works because the business bends to fit it, and most of the time that is a fair trade — until the thing being asked to bend is the workflow the business competes on, or the language its customers actually use, or a capability nobody has built a product for yet.

Arabic is not a language setting in what we build; it decides how the system reads a request in the first place.
