Arabic retail brand
WhatsApp customer support for an Arabic retail brand.
A production deployment — running, not a pilot. The operator is anonymized at their request. Each pattern names the measure its deployment is read on; the figures themselves stay with the operator.

The challenge
A repeat question costs a shop more than the answer. Price, availability and delivery all arrive on the same WhatsApp number the salesperson carries, while a customer stands in front of her. The reply is late, or it never comes.
What we built
An Arabic-native agent on the WhatsApp Business API answers price and availability in the phrasing the buyer used, and writes the buyer into the contact record during the conversation rather than after it. When the questions turn into an intent to buy, the thread moves to a salesperson with everything that was said.
How it operates
Routine questions are handled on the channel buyers already prefer. Conversations are captured in the CRM with contact attributes, and staff step in only when the conversation is ready to close.
The measure
The share of conversations that reach a salesperson, and the share of those that close.
What happens next
The agent quotes; it does not negotiate. Anything that would change a price moves to a person, and the buyer's record moves with it.
The operator is anonymized at their request. Each pattern names the measure its deployment is read on; the figures themselves stay with the operator.
