Multi-branch restaurant brand

WhatsApp ordering for a restaurant brand.

A production deployment — running, not a pilot. The operator is anonymized at their request. Each pattern names the measure its deployment is read on; the figures themselves stay with the operator.

The challenge

A brand with several branches has several delivery windows, and a caller has no way of knowing which one they reached. The promise they hear may belong to a different kitchen.

What we built

A WhatsApp agent shows the menu with images and answers price and ingredient questions, then takes the order item by item with quantity, address and payment. It confirms the delivery window from the branch that will actually cook the order, not from a general average. It books tables by party size, date and time.

How it operates

Orders are taken through the lunch and dinner peaks while the phone line is busy, and each one reaches the kitchen written down rather than repeated aloud. The agent remembers what a returning customer ordered, and runs in the brand's own dialect.

The measure

The number of orders taken during peak hours, and the share that arrive with a correct address and delivery window.

What happens next

Complaints and custom catering go straight to staff. The agent does not negotiate a refund and does not promise a time the branch has not confirmed.
