Sharia-compliant microfinance bank
Arabic support automation for a microfinance bank.
A production deployment — running, not a pilot. The operator is anonymized at their request. Each pattern names the measure its deployment is read on; the figures themselves stay with the operator.

The challenge
The second visit is the expensive one. A customer travels to a branch for financing and leaves without it, because a document is missing or the structure was never the right fit. The question that could have been settled before the trip gets settled after it.
What we built
An Arabic agent on the WhatsApp Business API explains each Islamic financing structure and what it asks of an applicant: eligibility first, then documents. When the questions turn into an application, it is recorded with its type and amount and reaches a relationship manager with the conversation attached.
How it operates
Routine product questions are settled in the conversation, so customers arrive at the branch already informed. Financing leads reach relationship managers pre-enriched with financing type and amount, and underwriting and complex decisions escalate to a human with full conversation context.
The measure
The share of financing applications that reach a relationship manager complete on the first pass.
What happens next
The credit decision stays with the bank. The agent's work ends at a complete application in front of a named person.
