When we started Sheba, no one was building AI solutions designed from the ground up for MENA businesses. Every option available was either a Western tool with Arabic added as an afterthought, or a language model without business context.
We set out to change that. Over 30 implementations later, we've proven that the model works: a partner that combines custom AI solutions, ready platforms like ChatSheba CRM and Social Sheba, and strategic consulting — all under one roof, all Arabic-native.
What's next? We're doubling down on agentic AI — systems that don't just respond, but plan, decide, and execute across enterprise workflows. And we're expanding our platform offerings to serve specific industries with purpose-built micro-SaaS tools.
